By accessing or using Nerve ("the Service"), operated by PNMP Innovations, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nerve is an AI-powered operations layer that connects your calendar, email, messaging, CRM, and business tools into a single intelligence layer. The Service provides automated briefings, workstream management, AI recommendations, voice input, and financial modeling for operators, fractional executives, and COOs.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information.
Consumer Plans: Nerve offers tiered consumer subscription plans including a free tier (Lite), Pro ($29/month), and Founder ($79/month, available only to early adopters at a locked rate). Plan features and limits are described on the Nerve pricing page.
Business Plans: Nerve offers per-seat business plans ranging from $49–$149/seat/month, as well as custom Enterprise pricing and Agent OS engagements with separate statements of work. Business plan terms may be governed by a separate Master Service Agreement or Order Form.
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; use the Service to transmit harmful code or malware; exceed rate limits or abuse API access; resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including design, code, logos, and documentation — are owned by PNMP Innovations, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (Google, Slack, CRM systems, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to those services' respective terms.
Nerve uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate briefings, recommendations, and insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.). AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Nerve does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for verifying AI-generated content and for decisions made based on it.
Business customers may create organization accounts with multiple user seats. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and compliance with these Terms within their organization. Data within an organization account is scoped to that organization. When a user is removed from an organization, their organization-scoped data remains with the organization; personal account data remains with the individual. Organization administrators may export organization data upon request.
Enterprise and business customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governing the processing of personal data under applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). To request a DPA, contact patrick.hillstrom@pnmp-innovations.com. The DPA, once executed, supplements these Terms with respect to data processing obligations.
Nerve may provide API keys or programmatic access (including MCP tool interfaces) for authorized integrations. You agree not to exceed published rate limits, share API keys with unauthorized parties, or use programmatic access to scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service. API access may be revoked for abuse or violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNMP Innovations, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. Self-service data export is available through your account settings; alternatively, contact patrick.hillstrom@pnmp-innovations.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
