Nerve, operated by NerveLabs Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Nerve," "we," "us"), offers an optional SMS messaging program that delivers account-related notifications to registered Nerve users. Messages may include: morning and evening briefings of your day, meeting preparation summaries delivered before scheduled meetings, agent-generated action reminders, follow-up prompts, and conversational replies from the Nerve AI assistant when you text our number.
The SMS program is only available to registered Nerve account holders who have explicitly opted in. Nerve does not use SMS for marketing, promotions, or affiliate offers.
To enroll in the Nerve SMS program:
Nerve does not share, sell, or transfer collected phone numbers or consent records to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, calendar, and notification preferences. A typical user can expect between 0 and 10 messages per day. You can reduce or pause messaging at any time from the Account → Notifications screen inside Nerve, or by texting STOP (see Section 5).
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard text messaging and data rates apply to each message sent and received. Nerve does not charge separately for SMS messages. Please contact your wireless carrier for pricing details on your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the Nerve short code or long code you receive messages from. After you send the word STOP to us, we will send you an SMS reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Nerve. Additional accepted cancellation keywords include: UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END.
You can also disable SMS delivery at any time from Account → Notifications inside Nerve, or by removing your phone number from your account profile.

The Nerve SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Nerve SMS program is open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older with a registered Nerve account. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.
Your phone number and any messages exchanged through the SMS program are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use Bird (Messagebird) as our SMS delivery provider. Nerve does not share, sell, or transfer your phone number or consent records to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information shared with our SMS delivery vendor is used solely to deliver messages you have requested.
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms at https://getnerve.ai/sms and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
